Commission Policy
1. General Information
All artwork created by Andrew Pagan is original and made with professional care. By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure transparency, respect, and a smooth creative process.
2. Commission Process

Clients may contact me through email or direct message with their project idea.

Once the concept is approved, I will provide a quote and estimated turnaround time.

Work will begin after receiving the agreed deposit (see below).

Progress updates or drafts will be shared for approval during key stages.
3. Payment Terms

Custom Jobs 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. For sketches and Character Illustrations, full payment is required and is not refundable.

The remaining 50% is due upon completion before final delivery.

Payments are accepted via PayPal, Venmo, or any pre-agreed method.

All prices are listed in USD and subject to change depending on project complexity.
4. Revisions

Up to two (2) free revisions are included during the sketch phase. For sketches, no revisions are given, and character illustrations have 1 during the sketch phase.

Major changes after final approval or coloring may require an additional fee.

Revisions outside the agreed scope may delay delivery time.
5. Deadlines and Turnaround

Standard turnaround is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on the project size.

Rush orders (under 1 week) may include an additional 25–50% fee.

Delays caused by client inaction (e.g., late feedback) are not the artist’s responsibility.
6. Copyright and Usage

I, Andrew Pagan, retain all copyrights and reproduction rights to my work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, or claim the artwork as their own.

I reserve the right to post completed artwork in my portfolio or on social media unless confidentiality is requested beforehand.
7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are not available once the sketch is approved and work has begun.

If I must cancel for personal reasons, a full refund will be issued.

If a client cancels mid-project, there are no refunds.
8. Delivery

Final artwork will be sent digitally in high-resolution format (PNG, JPG, or PSD upon request).

Physical prints or shipping can be arranged for an extra fee.
9. Communication
Please allow up to 48 hours for replies. Clear and respectful communication ensures a positive experience for both parties.
10. Agreement
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed in this Art Commission Policy.
